Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the conduct and content that is not permitted on the services provided by StarPass Holdings LLC (“StarPass”). It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Summary
Use the Services honestly and for their intended purpose. Do not abuse, stalk, defraud, scrape, attack, or misrepresent anyone. Do not submit content that is illegal, threatening, sexual involving minors, harassing, infringing, or that you have no right to submit.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- submit false, misleading, or stolen personal information or impersonate another person;
- attempt to contact, stalk, harass, threaten, or defame any celebrity, representative, or other user outside the structured concierge workflow on the Services;
- use the Services to plan or commit any illegal act, including fraud, extortion, blackmail, human-trafficking, or the sale of regulated or illegal goods;
- upload or transmit malware, viruses, ransomware, or any code intended to damage the Services;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services or breach any security or authentication measure, other than through our published security-reporting channel at security@starpass.site;
- use automated means (bots, crawlers, scrapers) to access or extract data from the Services, except for well-behaved public indexing consistent with our
robots.txt; - copy, reproduce, or distribute the Services, their design, code, or underlying data for competitive benchmark or model-training purposes without our prior written permission;
- circumvent rate limits, CAPTCHAs, or other abuse-prevention controls;
- use the Services to send unsolicited commercial communications or otherwise violate anti-spam laws;
- resell, transfer, or expose any access credentials, API keys, or admin login to a third party, or allow multiple people to share a single admin account;
- take any action that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure or that of our service providers; or
- use the Services in violation of U.S. export-control or sanctions laws or the laws of any other jurisdiction that applies to you.
3. Prohibited Content
You must not submit or transmit through the Services any content that:
- is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, threatening, or harassing;

- infringes the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights of any third party;
- contains hate speech or incites violence against any person or group on protected grounds;

- solicits sexual services, trafficked labour, or illegal products;
- contains malware, phishing links, or deceptive URLs; or

4. Respect the Concierge Process
Requests must be submitted through the official request form. Attempts to bypass the concierge process — including by contacting a Talent or their representatives directly after submission, or by using StarPass to obtain introductions and then completing a transaction outside the platform — are a material breach of this AUP and our Terms.
5. Reporting Abuse
To report a violation of this AUP, email abuse@starpass.site with the details of the incident, any request ID, and the URL of the relevant content where applicable. Security vulnerabilities should instead be reported to security@starpass.site.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take any of the following actions without prior notice:
- removing content;
- suspending or terminating accounts and access;
- cancelling pending requests;
- withholding refunds where permitted;
- co-operating with law-enforcement or regulators; and
- pursuing civil or criminal remedies.
You agree to reimburse us for reasonable costs incurred in investigating or remediating your violation of this AUP, including staff time at our standard rates.
7. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Effective” date above. Continued use of the Services after a change takes effect is acceptance of the revised AUP.
