1. Concierge-Only Service — No Talent Agency

StarPass is a private concierge and referral service. We receive requests from users and, where appropriate, pass those requests to representatives of celebrities, artists, athletes, or other public figures (collectively, “Talent”).

StarPass is not, and does not hold itself out as:

• a licensed talent agent under the California Talent Agencies Act (Cal. Lab. Code § 1700 et seq.) or any analogous statute in another U.S. state or country;
• a personal manager, booking agent, or representative of any Talent;
• a ticket broker, ticket reseller, promoter, or producer of live events;
• an employer of any Talent; or
• an advertising, endorsement, or sponsorship intermediary.

Any contract for a booking is entered into directly between you and the representative authorised to enter that contract. StarPass facilitates introductions only.

2. No Affiliation, Endorsement, or Sponsorship

Unless expressly stated in writing on the Services, no Talent is affiliated with StarPass, and no Talent has endorsed, sponsored, or partnered with StarPass. The display of a Talent’s name, photograph, or associated trade mark is intended to identify the subject of a possible booking and does not imply any relationship beyond that.

Any quotes, descriptions, achievements, or biographical information about a Talent are drawn from public sources and are provided for identification and informational purposes only.

3. Right of Publicity & Trade Marks

Names, likenesses, voices, signatures, and other identifying attributes of Talent are the property of the individuals concerned and are protected under the law of most U.S. states and many foreign jurisdictions. Third party logos and brand names appearing on the Services are the property of their respective owners. They are used on the Services under:

• the doctrine of nominative fair use in the United States;
• equivalent descriptive-use or informational-use principles under foreign trade-mark law;
• or, where applicable, a licence obtained from the rights holder.

If you are a rights holder and believe that a name, likeness, or mark appears on the Services in a way you do not authorise, please email legal@starpass.site or follow our Copyright / DMCA procedure. We will investigate and, where appropriate, remove the material promptly.

4. Demonstration Content

At launch and at various times thereafter, the Services may display demonstration content, including fictional celebrity names, stock imagery, and example experience descriptions. Demonstration content is provided only to illustrate how the Services operate and is not an offer to book the person or experience depicted.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

Submitting a request creates no obligation on any Talent, representative, or StarPass to accept, respond, deliver, schedule, or perform the requested experience. Pricing hints, response times, and other figures shown on the Services are estimates that may change without notice.

6. No Professional Advice

Information on the Services is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, financial, investment, medical, or other professional advice, and it should not be relied upon as such. You should consult a qualified professional before acting on any information obtained through the Services.

7. Accuracy of Information

We try to keep information on the Services accurate and up to date, but we make no warranty as to its accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness. Information may be updated or removed at any time without notice.

8. Third-Party Links and Content

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, services, and content. We do not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for third-party materials. Your interaction with third-party sites is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Forward-Looking Statements

Any statements about future plans, product features, market potential, partnerships, or performance are forward-looking and subject to risk and change. Do not rely on them as guarantees of future results.

10. Testimonials & Reviews

Testimonials, reviews, or case studies displayed on the Services reflect the individual experience of the person who provided them and are not necessarily typical. Results vary.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to provide the Services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government acts, civil unrest, labour disputes, power or telecommunications failures, cyber-attacks, or the acts or omissions of Talent and their representatives.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The disclaimers of warranties and limitations of liability set out in Sections 11 and 12 of the Terms of Service apply to this Disclaimer in full.
